Return Policy RMA Policy
All of Bodying.com watches comes brand new from the manufacturer. This means you get the full benefit of the manufacturer's warranty. Each watch we shipped will be equipped with a “Return Void if removed” security seal. Therefore, before you try on your watch, please ensure it is the right watch that you’ve ordered and it is absent from any Out of Box defects. Most importantly, please check if this watch fully satisfied you. Once you’ve removed the security seal, wear or modify your watch, it will not be returnable and is solely subject to the warranties provided by the manufacturers. If you find that there is something not right with your timepiece or it does not meet your expectation, please refers to our return policy below:
| 1. | All customers who wish to return their order must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Requests for an RMA# via email to us must be made within 3 days from the time you’ve received the item (from the time of signature of receive recorded on the FedEx airway bill). An RMA# and a complete return instruction will then be emailed to you. Please fax in return to us a copy of the signed RMA. You will then be required to return the complete package back to us no later than 14 days after an RMA# has been issued. | | 2. | Any return which is over the 3 days RMA request period or 14 days return period or without RMA # will be refused. | | 3. | Please ensure to mark the return package with RMA #. If any package arrives without RMA # visible outside the box and/or without the original signed copy of the RMA document, it will be refused for acceptance and will be returned to the sender. | | 4. | All returned item must be in new and unused condition. It must also comes with the security seal well attached with the watch and unbroken. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, cracks, dents, dirt or blemishes on the watch or the watch band. There should be no sign of wear and the watch must not have been re-sized, with case opened or altered in any way. It is difficult to wear a watch, even for a short period, without scratching or blemishing it in any way. Therefore, please do not wear the watch if you think you might return it. We are sorry that we do not accept any return watch with indication that it has been used. It will be returned immediately at the customer’s cost and no refund will be granted. | | 5. | All original packaging materials, un-used and un-filled warranty cards and instruction booklets, watch tags, removed links must be returned, and should remain the same condition as we shipped to you. Free Gifts must also be returned in saleable condition or it will be billed to the customer for the full retail value of the item. | | 6. | Discounted Items, Sales Items, Promotion Items, Limited/Special Edition Model, additional links, replacement strap/bracelet are neither returnable nor exchangeable. | | 7. | “Special Order” items are not returnable or exchangeable. “Special Order” items are not part of our usual stock and as such it has to be specifically ordered specially for you. For that reason, these items are exempted from return or exchange except if it is found to be out of box defect. You will be notified prior to shipment if your item is considered to be a "Special Order" item. | | 8. | Any watches which are priced below list price $100 and above list price $3,000 are neither returnable nor exchangeable. | | 9. | Return shipment and freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer. |
Return for Credit
In addition to the policy above, if you are returning the watch for credit, please note the following charges will apply:
| 1. | Restocking fee of 10% or min $30 whichever higher | | 2. | Insured shipping charges | | 3. | Insured return shipping charges (only apply if you use our FedEx account for return shipment) |
How it is calculated:
Total Refund : you will receive = Watch Price + Shipping Cost – Restocking Fee – Insured Shipping Charges
Return for Exchange
In additional to the policy above, if you are exchanging the watch, please note the following:
| 1. | Please inform us via email in advance the specific watch model that you would like to exchange to, we will then inform you in return if the watch model is available in stock for ready exchange. | | 2. | All watch exchange must be of equal or to a higher dollar value. | | 3. | If you choose a higher dollar value watch, you will need to top-up the dollar difference. | | 4. | If you prefer to exchange to a lower dollar value watch, no refund will be given for the dollar difference. | | 5. | We are sorry that we do not exchange watch belts or any watch accessories. |
Please note the following charges will apply for Watch Exchange:
| 1. | No restocking fee, however there will be a $25 of administration charges | | 2. | Insured shipping charges | | 3. | Insured return shipping charges (only apply if you use our FedEx account for return shipment) |
Cancel Order
All order cancellation must be informed via email to us within 12 hours after you’ve placed your order. Kindly provide us your Order ID and Customer ID for reference. You will then receive an email confirming your order cancellation. We will not be able to accept order cancellation after the 12-hour period; this is highly due to all orders will be shipped out right after the 12-hour of order received. All after 12-hour order cancellation will be treated as return item and terms will be the same as “Return for Credit”.
Change Shipping Address
All change to the shipping address must be informed via email to us within 12 hours after you’ve placed your order. Kindly provide us your Order ID and Customer ID for reference. You will then receive an email confirming your address changes. We will not able to accept any changes on the shipping address after the 12-hour period; this is highly due to all orders will be shipped out right after the 12-hour of order received. All after 12-hour request for shipping address changes will be treated as return item and terms will be the same as “Return for Credit”.
All out of box visual defects
If you have found any out of box defect on your watch, please inform via email to us within 48 hours from the time you’ve received the item (from the time of signature of receive recorded on FedEx airway bill) for a 1-to-1 exchange. After the 48 hours period, you still be able to bring the watch to any of the worldwide service center listed on the warranty booklet to file for a warranty claim directly with the watch manufacturer.
Warranty Repair
Please note that all our watches are fully protected with at least 12 months of manufacturer’s warranty (unless specified otherwise). If your watch is not functional after sometime but within the 12 month of warranty period, please inform us immediately, we will let you know the list of authorized service centers in your area to get your watch repair or exchange.
However, if you prefer us to claim the warranty on your behalf, please inform us via email in advance, before sending the watch back to us with prepaid shipping, we will proceed with the warranty claim accordingly. In the event if there are fees involved on the repair, we will bill you back-to-back from the watch manufacturer. Once the repair is completed, we will send the watch back to you. As part of our service to you, we will only pay for the return shipping. Please note the warranties generally do not cover items damaged due to abuse, misuse or owners neglect to follow correct operating instructions. Return Shipments
Bodying.com is NOT responsible for any shipment loses during the watch returned for refund/replacement/repair. It is solely the customer’s responsible to ensure that all returned shipment are insured, fully sealed and protected accordingly. Payment Refunds
For all valid refunds, it will normally take approximately 7 business days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession; we will notify you of the status of your return via email. A reverse transaction (refund) request will normally takes about 3 business days. However, depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days for the credit to show in your account.
