Excellent watchMar 29, 2008 Good quality and rich feel....prompt delivery, even the time was set to CST! Be careful with the crown though. It took me some time to figure out the first and the second clicks, give yourself all the time to figure it out...would have preferred an alarm though.
One con is that the steel bracelet will get scratched even with careful wear. The crystal is solid.

Good solid watch - worth the moneyNov 03, 2006 Everything about this watch is great. I've had it for about 4 years and it still looks like new. The glass does not scratch and I did bang it against walls, doors, etc. I'm very impressed. It also sits well on the wrist. Very comfortable and it does have a good weight to it. I have replaced the battery once so far. Since it's waterproof, you have to send it to the factory, otherwise your break the rubber seal and it is no longer waterproof. In a previous review some one mentioned that second hand is no longer moving - this could be due to the fact that he has it stop watch mode ( I might be wrong). Anyway - great watch, worth the money.

Nice watch - great Seiko construction.Sep 23, 2006 This chronograph is a very nice watch for everyday wear. I have found it to be comfortable, if a little heavy - but I like a "solid" feeling watch and this doesn't disappoint.
It uses a 3-fold clasp with a safety lever. I've found that the metal band actually catches less arm hair than rubber bands, and I've only had a few incidents with this watch. It hasn't lost time and I've been wearing it daily for almost a year. I also am not gentle on my everyday watches. I replaced a Timex that was growing a bit long in the tooth and this watch is no worse for the wear. No scratches on the glass, the watch still looks new, and I've banged it against countless items.
It functions well, but for some reason my second hand stopped moving unless you use the chronograph. It is also stuck at the 6 second mark and resetting the chrono takes it back. I'm sure a jeweler can fix it, but this actually happened after only a couple months of wear (and I babied it at first). So, 4 stars but it could be coincidental - if you are considering it, I find this to be an excellent watch - one of the best I've owned.

Excellent timepiece!!Jul 20, 2006 This Seiko is great, keeps good time, looks amazing...quality is on par with Seiko Chrono's, i've owned various Seiko's in my life, they seem to last forever, I still have my first Seiko Chrono, it's still beautiful as the first day i got it back in 1985, this is a great deal for a great wristwatch. I've already had several good comments about this watch and it's only been about 1 month since i've owned it. Buy it, you won't regret it!!
